This Regulation prescribes the content of the official study on environmental impact assessment of certain projects on the territory of the Brcko District (part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina). Impact Study includes: general issues; technical part; conclusion; non-technical summary. This Regulation also defines the monitoring and inspection duties and responsible entities and local bodies.
