Waste Management (Facility Permit and Registration) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 (S.I. No. 198 of 2015).

These Regulations amend the Waste Management (Facility Permit and Registration) Regulations 2007 by adding new provisions on amendments to a certificate of registration of a clerical or technical nature and by inserting the a new Part VII of the Fourth Schedule on additional rules for pay to use compactor units accepting household waste.
