This Order FEPAM, consisting of nine articles, regulates the procedures for automatic renewal of environmental licenses and certificates under the competence of the State Foundation for Environmental Protection called Henrique Luis Roessler - FEPAM. This procedure applies to enterprises whose renewal application protocols have been submitted before the term of the license or certificate to be renewed. The environmental license or certificate whose renewal application has been submitted after the deadline, will not be automatically renewed and its assessment carried out by ordinary environmental licensing procedure, subjecting the entrepreneur to administrative penalties under the enforced legislation.
