This Order, consisting of 13 articles, regulates controlled fires activity, pursuant to State Law No. 7,454, as a production and management factor in agricultural, silvo-pastoralism and forestry areas, as well as scientific and technological research purpose, to be performed in areas with pre-established geographical limits. Authorization for Controlled Fires will be issued by the Institute for the Environment of the State of Alagoas - IMA, or an authorized body, or through affiliated Class Entity, Union, Association, or Cooperatives.
