This Law determines the permissible noise levels, noise protection measures and manners for the correct measurements of the noise, official limits for determining the grade of noise pollution, health preservation issues, supervision of the implementation of the rules here defined, and other general and more specific rules important for noise protection on the territory of the Tuzla Canton (autonomous part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina). The permitted noise levels on workplace (in industry, handicrafts, facilities/plants, and other) to which the workers are directly exposed shall be governed by the Regulations on safety at work. The Law is divided into V Chapters and 29 articles, including the offences and related penalties. The Annex (containing technical scales, noise pollution scales and specifications, concrete limits and other relevant technical data on noise pollution) is an integral part of this Law and it is printed among this text.
