Article 1 of the present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the 23th Ordinance amending the Wine Ordinance of 21 April 2015 (BGBl. I p.614). In particular, the Ordinance repeals paragraph 2 of article 2 dealing with entry into force. Furthermore, article 2 of the above-mentioned Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Wine Subsidies Ordinance, in its version of 24 April 1987 (BGBl. I p. 1300). In particular, the Ordinance amends paragraph 4 of article 5 dealing with enforcement of the Commission Regulation (EC) No. 555/2008 of 27 June 2008 laying down detailed rules for implementing Council Regulation (EC) No. 479/2008 on the common organisation of the market in wine as regards support programmes, trade with third countries, production potential and on controls in the wine sector.
