This Ordinance provides for the establisment of the Turks and Caicos Islands Tourist Board as a body corporate and provides with respect to tourism in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Responsibility for tourism in the Islands shall be shared between the Minister, the Board and the Director according to the functions and relationships set out in this Ordinance.
