The purpose of these Measures is to standardize and strengthen the management of projects supported by the fund for nuclear power station spent fuel treatment and disposal. The Measures consist of 43 Articles divided into 9 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Management and Responsibilities (II); Project Application, Examination and Approval (III); Project annual Plan and Budget (IV); Organization and Implementation (V); Financial Statement and Project Acceptance (VI); Financial Management (VII); Rewards and Penalties (VIII); Supplementary Provisions (IX). The National Defence Science and Technology Industrial Development Bureau shall be responsible for managing the projects supported by the Fund. The projects shall apply special planning management. Special planning is divided into short-term planning and long-term planning.
