This Law, consisting of 10 articles, creates the Programme to support animal breeding for early slaughtering under the Ministry of Agriculture and Supply within the State of Santa Catarina. This Programme aims to encourage livestock farmers of Santa Catarina to breeding and developing animals for early slaughtering, defining breeders' registration, licensing and their financial incentives.
