The present Act introduces some amendments to the Energy Efficiency Labelling Act (BGBl. I p. 1070) of 10 May 2012. In particular, the Act rewords, inter alia, article 1 on General provisions; after article 15, Part 3 on Used products is added. Also Annex 1, 2 and 3 are amended. Furthermore, the present Act introduces some amendments to the Energy Industry Act (BGBl. I p. 1970, 3621) of 7 July 2005. In particular, the Act rewords article 12d on Implementation Report of Transmission System Operators and article 17c on Testing and confirmation of the offshore grid development plan.
