Regulation on the procedure for import and transit, the manner and procedure of conducting inspection and survey over the import and transit of animal by-products, the form and content of the animal health certificate or other documents accompanying the consignment of animal origin by-products, and the list of foreign countries from which the import and transit are approved.

This Regulation defines the necessary procedure and other issues aimed to regulate the following: import and transit, manner and procedure of conducting inspection and survey over the import and transit of animal by-products; form and content of the animal health certificate or other documents accompanying the consignment of animal origin by-products; and list of foreign countries from which the import and transit are approved on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia. This Regulation adopts the principles contained in Council Directives related to the subject here defined. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
