The present Decision enforces the Ordinance on quality and harmonization of ecological measures pertaining to plots of lands of 7 October 2002. In particular, the Decision establishes the criteria of the biological quality of ecological compensation areas and their harmonization taking into account regional peculiarities. Moreover, the present Decision lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Ordinance. The text consists of 17 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Minimum requirements concerning quality (II); Minimum requirements concerning harmonization (III); Final provisions (IV). One Annexe is enclosed.
