The present Law establishes in the Canton-Basel-Stadt several Rhine Navigation Tribunals. Article 1 lays down provisions relating to designation of existing tribunals to act in first and second instance. Article 2 deals with different kind of infringements committed in the Canton. The text consists of 6 articles.
