This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of three articles and three Annexes, lays down a model commercial document used for transport, exclusively on Polish territory, of animal by-products not intended for human consumption and derivative products. The Annexes contain model documents for individual categories of such products.
