Regulation establishing the list of border checkpoints where agricultural products and foodstuffs imported from abroad are controlled (Journal of Laws 2015 Pos. 592).

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of three articles and one Annex, establishes the list of border checkpoints where imported agricultural products and foodstuffs shall be inspected. The Annex specifies the list of these border checkpoints grouped by types of border checkpoints: airline, railway, maritime and road.
