This Law determines the permissible noise levels, noise protection measures and way of measuring noise; noise level limits, health protection issues; supervision of the implementation of this Law, as well as other issues of importance for noise protection (on the territory of the Sarajevo Canton). The Law is divided into VI Chapters and 32 articles, including the offences and related penalties. The Annex is an integral part of this Law.
