Decree implementing Directives 2013/63/EU, 2014/20/EU and 2014/21/EU concerning minimum conditions to be fulfilled by seed potatoes and tubers and lots of seed potatoes, and Union grades of basic and certified seed potatoes.

This Decree specifies the requirements to be met by seed potatoes, lots of seed potatoes and tubers in order to be placed on the market. These provisions are laid down according to the conditions prescribed at the European Union level.
