This Law regulates the minimum safety issues for general products, the way of prescribing technical requirements and principles of mutual recognition of documents and labels of conformity (foreign origin products). The purpose main of this Law is to: protection of the public interest; protection of life and health of humans, animals and plants; protection of the environment and nature protection, and consumer and other users protection. This Law applies only to non-food products. This Law is divided into VI Chapters and 55 articles, including the offences and penalties.
