Regulation amending the Regulation on the establishment and working principles of Forestry and Forest Products Offices.

This Regulation adds definition of “inspection” to clause (ii) of Paragraph 1 of Article 4 of the original Regulation. This Regulation amends Article 42 of the original Regulation, regarding members of profession. This Regulation repeals Article 52 of the original Regulation. This Regulation also amends articles 53, 54, 55, 56, 59, 60, 61 and 62, regarding principles and procedures of inspection of real and legal persons.
