This Regulation, consisting of eight Chapters and completed by seven Schedules, provides for the following aspects related to National co-operatives: Formation, powers and constitution of co-operatives (2); Management and operation of co-operatives(3); Structural and other events for co-operatives (4); Participating co-operative (5); Vacant Chapters (6 and 7); General (8). Schedules establish the following: Exclusion of prescribed offices--relevant interest in share or right to vote (1); Particulars to be included in registers (2); Explanatory statements--prescribed information about proposed compromise or arrangement (3); Forms--notices about acquisition of shares (4); Model rules for a distributing co-operative (5); Model rules for a non-distributing co-operative without share capital (6); Model rules for a non-distributing co-operative with share capital (7).
