Fisheries (Test Seining Light Fishing Operation) Order 2014 (L.N. No. 11 of 2014).

These Regulations, made by the Minister of Fisheries and Marine Resources under sections 18 of the Fisheries Act 1998, provide for a specific and temporary approval, subject to the licence requirement of section 16 of the Act, to carry out test fishing operation using Seine Light Fishing method.
