Ministerial Decree laying down guidelines for authorizing plants using renewable energy sources.

This Decree establishes the guidelines to be followed for authorizing the installation of plants using renewable energy sources. The guidelines refer to three categories of authorization procedures, depending on the characteristics of the plants and on different sources of energy (such as biofuels and hydropower generation).
