This Law regulates the status, operations, organization, revenues, banners and correct use of resources, as well as other issues of importance for the work The Fund for Environmental Protection (as legal entity with rights, obligations and responsibilities, established on the territory of the Republic of Serbia and based in Belgrade). The Law is divided into VIII Chapters and 34 articles, including offences and related penalties.
