Regulations for Administration on Contracted Public Stock Keepers.

These Regulations are formulated in accordance with the Food Administration Act, aiming to strengthen the administration on contracted public stock keepers (hereinafter referred to as “CPSK”). The competent authority may commission public stock dealers to collect, store, process and distribute public stock. These Regulations provide for the conditions that the CPSKs and their warehouses must possess, the collection, storage, processing, distribution, and other management items for public stock.
