This Chapter of Division 3 of the Fish and Game Code of California, known as the California Wildlife Protection Act of 1990, provides general rules for wildlife protection in California and relative financial arrangements. It, among other things, sets out policy declarations and provides for the use of funds of the Habitat Conservation Fund.
