Standards and Categories on Administrative Fees for Using the Basic Facilities of Fishing Ports.

These Regulations are established pursuant to Article 12 of the Fishing Port Act. The Regulations consist of 4 Articles. Fishing port administrative fees shall be collected by the competent authority in charge or by the commissioned agency. The handling charges paid to the commissioned agency shall be equivalent to 5% of the total amount of fees collected.
