Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/770 establishing a common format for the submission of information concerning the operation of the procedures pursuant to Regulation (EU) No. 649/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the export and import of hazardous chemicals.

This Decision establishes the common format for submission by the Member States of the information required under article 22(1) of Regulation (EU) No. 649/2012 concerning the export and import of hazardous chemicals.
