This Decree, consisting of 11 articles, regulates the implementation of the State Programme for Sustainable Rural Development and creates the Special State Support Fund Programme for Sustainable Rural Development. This Special Support Fund - FEAP-RURAL SUSTAINABLE, established by Law No. 10.510, linked to the State Department of Agriculture, Food Supply, Aquaculture and Fisheries - SEAG, has the purpose of providing in a complementary way, financial resources to support the actions of the State Programme for Sustainable Rural Development - RURAL SUSTAINABLE, and will be supervised by the Management Board.
