Regulation on phytosanitary measures to prevent the introduction and spread of harmful organisms Xanthomonas campestris, Cercospora angolensis Carv.et Mendes and campestris.

This Regulation prescribes the necessary phytosanitary measures aimed to prevent the introduction and spread of harmful organisms such as Xanthomonas campestris (all strains pathogenic to Citrus), Cercospora angolensis Carv.et Mendes and campestris (all strains pathogenic to Citrus) on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro. This text transposes the rules contained in the Commission Decision (2006/473/EC) on the recognition of certain foreign countries and certain areas of foreign countries as free from the harmful organisms Xanthomonas campestris (all strains pathogenic to Citrus), Cercospora angolensis Carv. et Mendes and Guignardia citricarpa Kiely (all strains pathogenic to Citrus).
