This Decree, consisting of 6 Chapters, approves the Regulation of the Rural Credit, signed by the State Ministers of Finance and Agriculture, for the institutionalization of rural credit. This Regulation specifies the requirements to be satisfied in order to benefit from such rural credit. Rural credit is restricted to the specific field of financing of rural activities and adopt basically the types of operations listed in this Regulation, to meet the financial needs of the costing and marketing of production, as well as capital for investment and industrialization of agricultural products, etc.
