This Regulation prescribes the manner of notification of interception for plant consignments introduced in Montenegro, including the official deadline for notification by the authorities and organizations that have to be informed about the retention of a specific consignment of plants. This text transposes the rules contained in the Commission Directive 94/3/EC of 21 January 1994 on the establishment of procedures for the notification of interception of consignment of plants or a harmful organism from foreign countries that present an imminent phytosanitary danger. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
