Regional Law No. 45-OZ “On performance of plenary powers for establishment of multiplier for calculation of expenditure for conservation, protection and reforestation arrangements”.

This Regional law establishes regional state body responsible for application of multiplier for calculation of expenditure for conservation, protection and reforestation arrangements applicable to calculation of payment in accordance with purchase and sale contract of forest species with small and medium business entities.
