Marine Licensing (Exempted Activities) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2016 (W.S.I. No. 690 (W. 188) of 2016).

This Order amends the Marine Licensing (Exempted Activities) (Wales) Order 2011 so as to give effect to Commission Directive (EU) 2015/1127, which amends the Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on waste (Waste Framework Directive”).
