This Regulation provides for the following issues: purpose, type and quantity of fishing gear and equipment that can be used in a small coastal fishing; and contents of the form, conditions and manner of issuing privileges for small-scale coastal fishing, and the content and manner of keeping the Register of licenses for small-scale coastal fishing. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
