Seismological science and technology cooperation arrangement between China Earthquake Administration and Hong Kong Observatory.

The purpose of the Arrangement is to jointly promote the development of the seismological science and technology. The two Parties agreed to cooperate in the following areas: (a) the exchange of seismological observations; (b) the transmission of seismic parameters on time; (c) earthquake forecasting; (d) cooperation on technologies.
