This Act amends 2 CMC 5631 (as amended by Public Law No. 17-57) by allowing in Second Senatorial District non-commercial fishing with specified fishing gear for Bigeye Scad (Atulai) during its seasonal run. Non-commercial purpose means fish caught for personal or immediate family use. Any sales or distribution beyond ones immediate family shall be a violation of this Act.
