Resolution No. 412 of 2015 issued on 21/7/2015.

This Resolution consisting of 4 articles establishes that fishing vessels can enter the Gulf of Suez for fishery operations only if in possession of the license issued by the Egyptian Authority for Maritime Safety and the General Authority For Fish Wealth Development. The vessels have to be equipped with Automatic Identification System (AIS). This Resolution applies to vessels exceeding 14 meters.
