Governmental Decree No. 361 amending Governmental Decree No. 144 validating the Regulation on access to geological information.

Item 13 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Refusal of access to geological information can be appealed in accordance with administrative procedures and, in case of disagreement with administrative decision, the applicant can file a lawsuit in court”.
