The scope of this Governmental Decree shall be to strengthen arrangements for protection of endangered wild fauna and wild flora species, including mushrooms, on the national territory. Red Book shall be considered official state register of endangered, protected and rare animal and plant species, and natural habitats thereof. Special governmental commission shall be responsible for inserting of species in the Red Book and updating thereof. Red Book shall be composed of two volumes: (1) wild fauna species; and (2) wild flora species, including mushrooms.
