Regulation on measures to prevent the introduction, spread and to suppress the harmful organisms on plants, plant products and regulated objects.

This Regulation hereby determines the correct manner for the performance of official inspections and further determines the detailed procedures to be observed during the import, export and transit of plants; content of the application and conditions for the issuance of phytosanitary certificates for export and for consignments intended for re-export; records on consignments; measures and ways of destroying or other ways of treating plants, plant products and regulated objects; monitoring the health status of certain imported species of plants with the end-user. The Annex is also part of this publication.
