The present Regulation is made under the Climate Leadership Act which foresees application and financial impacts of the carbon levy regime on the oil and gas sector.The text - consisting of 45 sections - deals with the following issues: carbon levy, rebates of carbon levy and biomethane credits, remittance, refund and recovery of carbon levy, registration, records, invoices, reports and returns, general matters.
