Regulation on implementing measures M04 "Investments in physical assets," Sub-Measures 4.3. "Support for investment in infrastructure related to the development, modernization and adaptation of agriculture and forestry", the type of operation 4.3.1. "Investments in basic infrastructure of public irrigation" of the Rural Development Programme of the Republic of Croatian for the period 2014-2020.

This Regulation determines the implementation of Sub-Measure 4.3. "Support for investments in infrastructure related to the development, modernization and adaptation of agriculture and forestry"; Operation 4.3.1. "Investments in basic infrastructure of public irrigation", all part of the M04 measures "Investments in physical assets" of the Rural Development Programme of the Republic of Croatia for the period 2014-2020. This text transposes and respects the provisions contained in the following documents: article 17 of the Regulation (EU) no. 1305/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 on support for rural development by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) and its repealing Council Regulation (EC) No. 1698/2005. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
