This Code is enacted in accordance with the Grain and Oil Storage Management Regulations, the Provisional Regulations of the State Grain Administration on Safety Responsibility of Grain and Oil Storage, aiming to standardize grain storage operations and management practices and ensure safe storage of grain and oil. The Code makes provisions , for grain warehousing and quality control; environmental inspection and control; inspection and analysis report of grain and oil; etc.
