This Governmental Decree establishes the modalities of keeping register of grape plantations. State register of grape plantations shall be state information system of record and data related to grape plantations, including location, area, legal owners, number of grape shrubs, density, state plant variety, yield and amount of collected grape. The Ministry of Agriculture shall be operator of state register of grape plantations. State register of grape plantations shall be kept and updated in electronic form.
