Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1149 supplementing Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the national support programmes in the wine sector and amending Commission Regulation (EC) No. 555/2008.

This Regulation lays down provisions supplementing Section 4 of Chapter II of Title I of Part II of Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013 on the support programmes in the wine sector. The Regulation is composed of the following Chapters: (I) Introductory provisions; (II) Provisions on specific support measures; (III) Common rules; (IV) Financial management; (V) Amendments and transitional and final provisions.
