Regulation on measures for detection, containment and suppression of harmful organism Ralstonia solanacearum (Smith) Yabuuchi et al. (the causal agent of brown rot in potato tubers and causal agent of bacterial wilt of potato and tomato), the manner of determining the boundaries of infected and threatened areas and free of harmful organisms, conditions for termination of the ordered measures and manner of notification on taken measures.

This Regulation hereby defines the extent detection (measures such as the screening test), prevention and combat measures against the spread of the harmful organism Ralstonia solanacearum (Smith) Yabuuchi et al. (the causal agent of brown rot in potato tubers and causal agent of bacterial wilt of potato and tomato, including the method of determining the boundaries of infected and threatened areas, the conditions for ending the imposed measures as well as the manner of notification of the measures taken. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
