This Regulation supplements Regulation (EU) No. 389/2013 as regards the technical implementation of the Kyoto Protocol after 2012. It inserts new article 73a, which concerns the transfer of Certified Emission Reductions and Emission Reduction Units exchanged in the EU Emission Trading Scheme.
