Regulation on taking measures to prevent the occurrence and spread of the disease "black foot" caused by phytoplasma from the group Stolbur.

This Regulation prescribes the necessary action to be taken when preventing the occurance and spread of the plant disease called "black foot" (caused by phytoplasma from the group Stolbur). The rules here prescribed (rules such as destruction of broadleaf weeds like Convolvulus arvensis and Urtica dioica, and destruction of related plants).
