Commission Implementing Directive 2014/97/EU implementing Council Directive 2008/90/EC as regards the registration of suppliers and of varieties and the common list of varieties.

This Directive lays down implementing provisions pursuant to Directive 2008/90/EC, as regards the register of suppliers of fruit plant propagating material and fruit plants to be kept and updated by Member States. Further provisions concern notification obligations of suppliers and conditions for registration of varieties.
