Regulation on the documentation and import rules for drugs used in veterinary medicine without authorization, manner and procedure of import of medical devices that are not included in the Register of medical devices for use in veterinary medicine.

This Regulation defines the documentation necessary for the importation of drugs and medicines to be used in veterinary practices which do not have a proper license/authorization for marketing (on the territory of the Republic of Serbia). This Regulation further stipulates the conditions, manner and procedure for importing of various medical agents (and/or devices or similar) used in veterinary medicine which are not enrolled in the Registry of medical devices for use in veterinary medicine. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
